"Just had to write and tell you what a wonderful time we had in St. Augustine and how early can I book for next summer? We would love to stay two weeks next year". "The condo is beautiful, fresh and well maintained. It is unbelieveably clean and everything in it works! It is also nice to have our own laundry room. The condo in the Carolinas costs about twice as much, only has one bath and 2 bedrooms and NOTHING has been updated or fixed since about 1970. Finding Ocean Villas was something that is making us give up the Carolinas and vacation in Florida". " I have some additional restaurants to add to your list. Creekside, Raintree, A1A Ale House was excellent and we went down to Salt Water Cowboys! We had fantastic food at all of them. My daughter and I also rented a scooter for the afternoon, what a great way to get around and see things!! "Just wanted to tell you both how very much we loved staying at your place. Wow, was it ever wonderful. You have made your home so inviting, warm and welcoming to others. We have absolutely nothing but great memories of our week. Your having books, tapes, games etc is so thoughtful. The condo was immaculate and provided every possible thing we could need. The "community" is so well kept and everyone is friendly. What a pleasure to be in a place where you don't feel like an "outsider". We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your place to our friends and we fully intend to go back next year -but- must mention one complaint----one week is not enough time!!!!! Hoping to be able to spend 2 weeks! We'll be talking once we can coordinate our schedules with daughter's family. They were as thrilled and delighted with your home as we were. Our granddaughters (15 months and almost 5 years old) had a fun filled vacation too. They especially loved the pools and of course the ocean. We all went into the "city"  a few times. Love St Augustine. Your location is perfect for coming and going within a few minutes. We made  trips to Starbucks and the ice cream place next door.
