St. Augustine Beach Rental

We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals (nightly rentals are limited to off-peak periods with 2 nights minimum. Our fall/winter weekly rates start from $1050 , and our spring/ summer weekly rates start at $1150. Please contact us for additional rate information. We do provide multiple night/multiple week discounts . Please note that until reservations are confirmed all rates are subject to change.
There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a $250 security deposit which also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks, money orders, and bank drafts within 30 days of your planned stay. We will accept personal checks in excess of 30 days of your planned stay. visa/mc/discover can be accepted with a 3.5% handling fee.

On St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia Island just south of beautiful Anastasia State Recreation Area and 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Close to many local attractions, restaurants, sporting activities, outlet shopping, and groceries. Forty five minutes from Jacksonville and Daytona, less than 2 hours to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. About one hour to the Ocala National Forest and the crystal clear Florida fresh water springs ( 72F water temperature all year round ! ).

Fully equipped second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,350 square feet condominium. Elevator to the 2nd floor. Accommodations for seven or eight. Master bedroom -king size bed. Second bedroom- queen size bed and the third bedroom - two twins and a love seat. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Central air and heat. Only steps to the beach. Two splendid freshwater pools with one viewed from a private balcony surrounded by the lagoon and palm trees ,the other next to the gazebo by the beach (both are surrounded with sundeck loungers). Linens and towels are provided. Telephone ( free local calls ) and 2 cable TVs/ VCR/CD/DVD players. Sorry, no pets or smoking in allowed.
