St. Augustine Beach Rental

We offer weekly, and monthly rentals . Our fall/winter weekly rates start at $750 , and our spring/ summer weekly rates start at $950. Please contact us for additional rate information. We do offer multiple week discounts . Please note that until reservations are confirmed all rates are subject to change.
There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a $250 security deposit which also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks, money orders, and bank drafts within 30 days of your planned stay. We will accept personal checks in excess of 30 days of your planned stay. visa/mc/discover can be accepted with a 3.5% convenience fee.
